**GoodRealms Terms and Conditions**

Welcome to GoodRealms ("GoodRealms," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using GoodRealms in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing a game or contributing content, information, or other materials to a game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing or using GoodRealms, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use GoodRealms.

**2. Zero Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodRealms assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our game; (iii) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

**3. User Conduct**

You agree not to use GoodRealms to:
- Post, use, or transmit content that you do not have the right to post, use, or transmit;
- Post, use, or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise not in good taste;
- Attempt to break a game or disrupt servers or networks connected to GoodRealms;
- Use a game in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying a game, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of a game in any manner;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used in GoodRealms, or to obtain any information from a game using any method not expressly permitted by GoodRealms.

**4. Account Suspension and Termination**

GoodRealms reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. We may suspend or permanently ban your account and terminate your access to GoodRealms for any reason, or for no reason, at any time, without notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

**5. Intellectual Property Rights**

All rights, title, and interest in and to GoodRealms (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of GoodRealms and its licensors. GoodRealms is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GoodRealms

**6. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
